1.3 These terms and conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of clients and the Seller as manager and operator of the online shop.

1.4 The Seller is the administrator of personal data processed in relation to these Terms and Conditions, processed in line with our Privacy Policy. Providing personal data is voluntary. The owner of www.4x4line.es ensures secure processing solely to fulfill distance sales contracts.

2.5 Newsletter – email updates with store offers, products, and news; users can unsubscribe anytime.

2.6 Product – physical goods offered for sale on www.4x4line.es (e.g., automotive parts, accessories).

2.7 Order – formal request to buy products under these terms.

2.8 Terms and conditions – this entire document.

2.9 Working days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Personal data protection and cookies

To use the online store, customers need:

We use cookies (text files) anonymously to measure service interest and improve offers. Customers can change browser settings to disable cookies anytime, but this may affect store functionality.

Shipping Method and Delivery Times

4.1 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and shipping option.

4.2 Orders processed in 1–3 business days (no shipping on weekends/holidays).

4.3 Delivery from US to Spain via FedEx, DHL, DPD, GLS etc.

  • Usual delivery: 8–12 working days
  • Sea freight for large items: 35–50 working days

4.4 Seller bears risk of loss until consumer receives goods (unless another delivery method chosen).

4.5 Tracking info and carrier contacts are emailed after shipping. Track orders by Order ID on our site.

Price

Prices are non-binding invitations to purchase.
All prices on website are in PLN and do not include VAT and customs charges.
Shipping and other costs appear at checkout before confirming the order.

Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing, customers agree to receive shop updates via email.
To subscribe: enter email in newsletter box.
Unsubscribe anytime via email or account settings.

Right of withdrawal

Customers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without reason.

Refund within 14 days; customer must return goods within 14 days (customer pays return cost unless seller agrees otherwise). Refunds use the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Exceptions apply (e.g., custom products, perishables, opened sealed items).

Warranty and Notice of Defect

Products have at least 12 months warranty (may vary by brand).
Seller must provide defect-free products. Customers can report defects by mail or email.
Seller responds within 14 days; silence means acceptance.

In some cases, customer may demand repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdraw from contract.
