Terms and Conditions of the online shop operated by www.4x4line.es
1. General Provisions
1.1 The online shop www.4x4line.es is owned and operated by

1.3 These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of Customers and the Seller as the owner and operator of the Online Shop.
1.4 The Seller is the controller of personal data processed to execute these Terms and Conditions. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Providing data is voluntary, and data is secured and used solely to process distance sales contracts.
2. Definitions

2.2 Online Shop – the shop at www.4x4line.es.
2.3 Customer – any person or entity purchasing products under these Terms.
2.4 Customer Account – an individual account with purchase history and order management tools.
2.5 Newsletter – a service providing promotional and product information via email; users can unsubscribe at any time.
2.6 Product – physical goods offered on www.4x4line.es, e.g., automotive parts and accessories.
2.7 Order – a request to purchase products from the Online Shop.
2.8 Terms and Conditions – this document.
2.9 Working Days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Personal Data Protection and Cookies
Customers must have:
- A device with internet access,
- A valid email address.
Cookies are used anonymously to better adjust offers and improve user experience. Customers can manage cookies via browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit shop functionality.
We collect and process personal data to fulfill orders, manage accounts, and provide services in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers may delete their account anytime by contacting us.

4. Shipping Method and Delivery Times
4.1 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and selected shipping method.
4.2 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
4.3 Delivery from the US to Spain typically takes 8–12 business days (FedEx, DHL, DPD, GLS). Large/heavy items shipped by sea may take 35–50 business days.
4.4 Seller bears responsibility for loss/damage until delivery to Customer, except when Customer selects a different shipping method.
4.5 Tracking info is emailed once the order ships. Orders can be tracked on our tracking page using the Order ID.
5. Payment Methods
5.1 Bank wire transfer to the Seller’s account.
5.2 Electronic and credit card payments.
6. Prices
Prices on the website are an invitation to offer.
Prices are in PLN, excluding VAT and customs charges. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Customers are informed of extra costs (e.g., packaging) before finalizing the order.
7. Newsletter Subscription
Customers can subscribe by entering their email. Subscribers receive promotional content and product updates. Subscription is voluntary and can be canceled anytime by email or account settings.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Customers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons by notifying:

Returns must be sent within 14 days. Customer covers return shipping unless the Seller failed to inform about this right or agreed to cover the cost. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt or proof of return.
Refunds use the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. The right does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized goods,
- Perishable goods,
- Opened sealed goods (for hygiene/health),
- Goods inseparable from others after delivery.
9. Warranty and Notice of Defect
Products come with at least a 12-month warranty. Details vary by brand and product (specified on the website).
The Seller must provide defect-free products. Complaints can be submitted to:

Include: defect details, requested solution (repair, replacement), and contact info.
Seller replies within 14 days. Lack of response means acceptance.
If the defect is confirmed, Seller covers return shipping. If the product is too large or installed, Seller may inspect it on-site.
Customer may request price reduction or withdrawal if:
- Seller refuses or fails to repair/replace,
- Product remains defective,
- Fixing would cause excessive inconvenience.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after return.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before picking/packing. Contact us immediately to cancel. If shipped, wait for delivery, then request a return. Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped; Customer pays return shipping.
