Limited Warranty – Roll-N-Lock Covers
Roll-N-Lock provides a limited warranty to the original buyer of its truck bed covers and cargo management systems. Products from the A and M Series are covered for 3 years from the date of purchase, while the E-Series is protected for 5 years. This warranty ensures that the product is free from manufacturing defects when used under normal conditions.
Should any defect arise due to the manufacturing process, the defective component may be repaired or replaced free of charge. Labor costs for removal or reinstallation are not included.
The warranty does not apply in cases involving improper installation, extreme temperatures, water leakage under regular use, misuse, modifications, insufficient maintenance, environmental damage, or accidental causes. Normal wear and cosmetic deterioration are also excluded.
This coverage is valid only if the product remains installed on the original vehicle and is not transferred to another owner. The warranty is non-transferable.
Only items bought from authorized sellers with intact serial numbers qualify. Claims must include proof of purchase and details of the defect. Products installed and then returned without valid reason will not be accepted.
