The Extang Trifecta Toolbox 2.0 Tonneau Cover employs the same robust construction as the original Extang Trifecta 2.0, including a sleek leather-grained vinyl tarp, rigid and lightweight aluminum frame, and dual-pivot MaxHinges.
Installing the Extang Trifecta Toolbox 2.0 is quick and easy using the included tool-free clamps. The front-most Jaw-Grip clamp system utilizes a tool-free T-handle to snug the cover against the bed rails and L-channel. At the rear of the cover lies Extang’s EZ-Lock clamps, allowing effortless operation. Opening the Trifecta Toolbox 2.0 Tonneau Cover is just as easy, thanks to its intuitive tri-fold operation—simply loosen the rear EZ-Lock clamps and fold the cover toward the toolbox to access your cargo.

This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, natural disasters, normal wear, or lack of maintenance. Losses related to product use or damages caused by interference with other accessories or trailers are not covered.
Warranty Voiding Conditions
The warranty will be void if:
- the tarp is not properly secured while driving, causing wind damage;
- improper cleaning products are used;
- cargo contacts or deforms the tarp;
- the product is used with open or unsecured panels;
- the tarp is opened when covered by snow, ice, or debris;
- the vehicle is towed with the tarp installed.
Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, provide:
- order number;
- buyer information;
- vehicle year, make, and model;
- product name or part number;
- description of the issue;
- proof of purchase;
- photos of the damage.
If the claim is approved, repair or replacement will be offered. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
