Warranty Coverage
All products on www.4x4line.es come with a 24-month warranty from the delivery date.
During this period, the Seller will fix any physical defect free of charge, provided it is reported within 24 months.
Defect resolution may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Price reduction
- Refund
The specific method will be determined at the Seller’s discretion.
Service Terms
- Defect removal will be performed promptly, within 60 days of receiving the product.
- The 60-day period may be extended depending on defect type, repair method, or technical factors. Customers will be informed in such cases.
- The warranty covers defects resulting from inherent product issues only.
Return Instructions
Customers must arrange delivery of defective products to:
ul. ŚWIĘTOKRZYSKA, nr 30, lok. 63, miejsc. WARSZAWA, kod 00-116, Poland.
⚠️ Important: All returns must first be approved by the www.4x4line.es support team before shipping.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Natural wear and tear
- Damage or breakage during use
- Mechanical damage caused by the customer
- Customer-performed repairs
- Damage resulting from fire, flood, extreme temperatures, chemicals, or similar external factors
The warranty becomes void if the customer:
- Opens the product body to attempt repairs
- Modifies, removes, adjusts, or replaces product parts
- Uses the device in a way inconsistent with its intended purpose
- Continues to use the item despite noticing malfunctions, causing further damage
In such cases, compensation is not available.
Customers may contact us to purchase spare parts or replacement components (if applicable). Additional charges will apply for parts and shipping.
Warranty Period
After 24 months, the warranty expires.
