Returns Policy

Our company is responsible for the quality of the goods sold and is ready to refund defective products within the warranty period.

Goods are accepted for return if they have an obvious defect, which can be visually confirmed.

Returns are possible under the following conditions:

  • The item has not been used and remains in the condition in which it was purchased.
  • No more than 30 days have passed since the purchase.

Additional packaging requirements:

  • Original packaging, complete set and original appearance must be preserved.
  • No traces of installation, oil, grease, fuel.
  • Shipping costs are paid by the sender.

If these requirements are not met, the vendor reserves the right to refuse the return.

If the vendor sends the wrong product or the product does not match the description on the website, the return shipping costs are covered by the vendor.

If the return is initiated by the customer for reasons not related to product defects, all shipping costs are paid by the customer.

If a defect is discovered after installation, return of spare parts is accepted only if the following documents are provided:

  • Service order receipt with vehicle and repair details.
  • Claim report from the service center indicating the defect.

If the customer no longer needs the purchased product, and the return is solely at the customer’s request, the return shipping fee will also be paid by the customer.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team by email: 4x4line.sales@gmail.com and describe the defect, problem, or reason for return.
  • You will receive return confirmation from our manager within 1–2 days.
  • After confirmation, please send the return to the following address:

  • After shipping, please notify us by email and provide the return tracking number.

Once the returned goods arrive at our warehouse, we will verify them against the return request. If there are discrepancies between the returned goods and the declared items, we will contact you.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order if it has not yet been sent to our warehouse for picking and packing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

If the item has already left the warehouse, please wait until it arrives and then arrange the return. Please note that shipping costs cannot be reimbursed once the order has been dispatched, and return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and apply the refund to your account.
